Three program books have been published by Linz09 in anticipation of the Capital of Culture year, but we have a fourth! This will contain all the project ideas rejected by Linz09, whose authors are convinced that they must be published.

We have long since learned that not every rejected idea is bad and not every realized idea is new. We have no intention of intervening in the entries for the program book 4/3.

All entries will be published, the order is determined by the date of submission.

To supplement the entries, we are interested in what you think is the reason why your project was rejected.

The program book 4/3 will be presented February 09. Every entrant will naturally receive a high gloss copy!

Our interest is primarily in this alternative potential of ideas for the Capital of Culture year; in addition, however, we are also intrigued by the possibility of comparing rejected and accepted projects and by the question of the context of the rejections.
