Entry is open to project ideas that were submitted to Linz09 (the firm Linz09 OrganisationsGesmbH responsible for the organization of the European Capital of Culture), but were rejected.

Formats:

• Title of the project
  Short text with 700 characters incl. spaces.
• A long version with 4000 characters incl. spaces.
• Personal comments on the rejection of the project.
• Images as attachments (in print resolution)
  width/height max. 16 cm - 300 DPI
